You wrote a review for Stanley Steemer 5 minutes ago1.0 star rating 6/26/2017I used to use this company because their customer service was great and their prices very competitive. I just got off the phone with the company and they informed me that I will now pay more than double the price that I paid in 2015. I am asking for the exact same service. I do not understand how a company can justify a price increase of more than double in just 2 years. I paid 157.00 dollars in 2015 and now they want to charge me 425.00 dollars for the same service. I can understand an price adjustment because of inflation etc. But double??? Seems excessive and arbitrary. Needless to say I will not be using their service.

Very disappointed in the service that was provided on there last visit. We normally get our carpet clean at least three times a year for the last 10 years from Stanley Steemer. A supervisor came out to do the service. He was very disrespectful to my wife who was explaining the service we normally get. He were very rude, arrogant and self center. After he performed the service we waited until the carpet dried to inspect his work. It was the worst we ever had. The carpet was not cleaned. It smells and looks as if he added dirty smelly water into the carpet instead of cleaning it. After 10 years of service with them we decided to move on with another company.

Called to have my mattress cleaned because my cat had peed on it and it was smelling bad. Nothing I did could take the smell out so I hired these guys. I paid over $100 to have two 18 year olds vacuum one small square foot on my bed then call it a day. I saw no cleaning liquids or foams, just a vacuum. Didn't remove the stain or smell. In fact, it probably smells worse now. I'll probably have to throw my mattress out.

Great experience. I was able to schedule on-line, received a confirmation call when they were on their way and they arrived within the window they had given. Upon arrival the two employees were professional, thorough, and did not waste any time. They were careful with my furniture and advised me about the open door so my pets would not leave. Thank you!

I was referred by a friend and I'm always nervous about friend's referrals, but this one was great. They did an awesome job, carpet looks like new. Even took the time to explain ways to keep the carpet in better shape and what to look for from other cleaners if I ever use a different one in the future. Very professional and friendly.

Hired them to steam clean my apartment as the carpets needed a thorough cleaning due to pet hair from our dog. Paid extra to have the house deodorized. I came back home to find one room not even carpet cleaned and had to reschedule them to come back. Then pet hair could still be found in the carpet and it didn’t seem they did a dry pass as they should. Either that or their machines are not strong enough. Then after a day it had a musky after smell to it. Like old water all over the apartment. I now have to deodorize the whole place myself to get the smell the steamers left out of my carpet. Wouldn’t ever use again.

I recommended Stanley Steemer to our property manager as doing really good work. Boy was I wrong this time. They knocked off 12 hallway floors in half a day, and charged us $2000. There were endless missed spots on our carpet tiles everywhere. The manager said they would send technicians back out on Monday between nine and one Nine and one actually meant if they’ve arrived at 12:59 PM and work for another three or four hours that would’ve met their window. So I end up having to spend the whole day waiting for them to show up and then have to show them floor by floor all the missed areas which they should’ve done it right the first time For my time and trouble I asked the manager if he could throw in a cleaning for a tiny sports car for free or for a small charge. The small charge is $80, no exceptions. Horrible horrible customer relations Stanley Steemer just don’t care and their agents don’t take pride in their work

I recently ordered a tile and grout cleaning from them. My advise, never use them. The work came out super bad. The service person showed up and said (the floors are pretty dirty and our work may not come out perfect). In my mind, nothing is perfect so I said, I understand. I never realized what he really meant to say was that the work they would do would actually make no difference what so ever on the floors or the grout. I later learned that the service person should have offered to do a small section of the floors so I could actually see how it would come out and there would not be any miscommunication. But that was not done.Once they had finished, which by the way only took 30 min to finish the floors in a 900 square foot apartment so they were going pretty fast, which is one of the reason why the work came out so poorly, I called and asked for a supervisor to come out and look at the floors.No supervisor came out just another service rep, who concluded that even if he did the floors again, they would not change.Stanley Steamer, should tell their costumers their machines do not really clean the grout and stop hiding behind the fake excuse that the grout is stained... the grout is not stained, it’s your machines and your reps who don’t do what is needed to clean the floors.After paying Stanley Steamrt and ending up with the floors in the same condition, I hired a person who actually gets on their knees, uses some strong cleaning products and a brush and scrub the grout line by line.... guess what, they look like new! So I guess they were not really stained, that was just your pain excuse.They take your money, they don’t tell you their machine will not clean the floors, and the. When you call to complain and ask your money back because their service reps did not even follow the right procedures, they basically tell you, oh well sorry, we are not giving you the money back.... a company as big as this is more concerned with not refunding $300 than doing what is right for their customers. They are going arround laying to costumers saying they can clean the grout and the tiles when in fact their machine will not clean your floors properly.Use them at your own risk! I never write reviews but I had to for this company so other people don’t get ripped off like I did!

Dion + Willie and Adrian + Jaguar were both fantastic - very friendly and helpful during pickup / drop off. I had two large area rugs cleaned by Stanley and they turned out great. I would definitely use this service again.

Overall they did a good job, to start they were 1 hour late. I was quoted $160. For a 500 square-foot condo, have carpet half tile. But my floors are marble so apparently that's more.

Excellent service, professionals and masters of their trade. I have had my carpet cleaned by "other" companies that say they are the best, but when you call the professionals with experience, it has to be a trade name that is known such as Stanley's. The others may be cheaper BUT always remember you pay according to the type of service you will receive.

We called Stanley Steamer to clean the tile floors in our rental property which was left in a pretty gross condition by the last tenant. Sam and Marcelo were amazing, the made the floors look better than when they were installed 17 years ago. Highly highly recommend!!

I rent an apartment that has a 30+ years old wall-to-wall carpet. The 2 technicians assigned to come clean were friendly, thoroughly professional, and did a FANTASTIC job. I needed to remove old pet odor, and the ingredient was adjusted so as not to give me an allergic reaction. Stanley Steemer, YOU ROCK!

Kitchen Mexican tile was way more work then I Anticipated they explained honestly and thoroughly the process of having to remove sealant clean and then replace sealant. More work, time and money then I could afford currently. They just did bed room carpet which had massive sticker stains from carpet protection from moving in to the house. They explained the possibility of residual discoloring and started the process. They did an excellent job white carpet looks almost brand new. Fast efficient and honest. Will definitely use again in future and will recommend. Nice to have professionalism in my home unlike a lot of other call in services offered In Miami.

This was good but service was okay. Had to tell the busboy to wipe down the wet chair and then he wiped it with a wet rag that was wetter than the chair. The waitress was okay and was trying to be accommodating. The food was not the best from a Cracker Barrel but it was decent. The breakfast quality was ok. Grits were warm and didn't melt the cheese. The hash was crunchier than usual and the meatloaf was not as plentiful as a weekday.

I couldn’t be happier! I went online early Saturday morning and they were at my house two hours later. Did an excellent job cleaning my sectional couch which had been soiled by one of my dogs. Everything is now back to normal! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer exclamation

I have bamboo flooring in my kitchen and family room. They started to clean my floor and determined that from many years of cleaning it had developed a gloss film. They could not clean the floor , because it would of left streaks and possible damage. I appreciate that they stopped the process immediately.

Cesar was our technician,he did an awesome job cleaning/deodorizing the carpet in the family ,dining and living room. The stains in the carpet were removed and the rooms have a nice fragrance to them. Cesar was punctual,professional and nice,it did not take long as well to have our carpets cleaned.

We hired the company to clean our carpet on the second floor. Very professional and punctual workers. The areas they cleaned look very clean and I’m satisfied with that. However, they didn’t clean under my bed. I have a very high bed that does not need to be moved to clean under it. Underneath it is still full of dust and Since it’s a king size it takes up a lot of space and I wish that space was cleaned especially after paying close to $500 to get the carpet cleaned, deodorized and protected.

My experience with Stanley Steemer today was awesome! The crew, who consisted of Reynaldo Salazar and Aldo Saenz, were very polite and friendly. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. Had the carpets cleaned as part of an apartment lease-end move out. When one of the workers noticed the foot traffic dirt in the master bedroom, he asked me if I ever used Stanley Steemer in the past. Kind of an odd question so I asked him why. He said that they will not be able to remove the foot traffic entirely. He said there would be improvement after the carpet dried but I see none - see attached after photo.The management at the apartment community will now charge me for their company to clean that carpet. Kind of a waste of money.I would not recommend based on my results.

I think the guys that went out and did the job were great. They did a fantastic job. I rated you a 3 because you are extremely over priced. When I spoke w the agent on the phone I told her, i had stone, and she quoted me $99 per room. Well, it turned out to be 3as the amount per room.

I received a text saying when I should expect them. I of course wasn't home that early , however my day was there and they moved the furniture 3 pieces cleaned the carpet my dad was very satisfied with the out come. I am very pleased to give a great review with the professional approach Stanley steamer reps gave to my elderly father. I would and will definitely use them again and again. This is not my 1st rodeo with them I (we) are repeat consumers forever. Great service Great Prices.
