I have used Fristick’s in the past. Nice people, quick service, carpets were cleaned well but the last time they were here they took a large chunk of turf out of my grass when they attempted to back out of my driveway. Accidents happen and they might not have noticed the damage they caused to my yard. So I called their number and left a message explaining what happened and asked them to call back so we could discuss it. No call back. I called two more times and finally got who I think was the secretary. As I explained the situation nicely she began to act if I was trying to extort money from them. I politely explained that I wasn’t necessarily asking for money to repair it myself. I said if they wanted to come out and fix the damage they caused themselves that I would be fine with that. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was “busy”. I asked if I could send pictures I took of the damage to the company email. I was told they didn’t have one! I then asked if I could send it to someone’s email there and was told I couldn’t. Finally she said someone would come out and look at the damage the following week. They didn’t. Clearly they didn’t want to even consider the possibility that they could have caused damage to my property OR they didn’t care. This is not acceptable to me and that if I owned a business, damaged my paying customers property I would fix it immediately. It’s called integrity and good business and clearly Fristicks’s isn’t interested in conducting business that way. Needless to say we’ll never be using their services again and I will tell everyone I know not patronize their company because clearly if they damage your property, they will not make it right.

They said they return call and never did,,i used in past wernt all that impressed,,,use service master instead
