If you're looking for a business with people who have clearly been doing this for years I'd definitely recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning. You can tell that the guy who came by my house knew exactly what he was doing. He had everything done within a timely manner. A lot faster than I imagined honestly. They were very professional and personable. I will definitely be sticking with this company from now on.

I have my carpets cleaned every 2 months by Johan. He does a great job! My carpets look brand new with 4 dogs living inside. Office staff are also very friendly!!!

Scheduled an 8am appointment days in advance. Was home all day. Regular scheduled cleaners from Merry Maids arrived at 8am and called before arrival. Sears never showed. Called the Sears office after patiently waiting hours and immediately got berated by the associate on the phone. She was screaming at me that they were at my apartment, knocking on the door, calling multiple times, and leaving voicemails. I explained to her that I was present all day with the cleaners and my phone was working just fine, but did not display and missed calls or voicemails from Sears. Merry Maids has called me and left voicemails and those were received so I was unsure as to why Sears would be the only party not able to get through. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she rudely yelled that she was the supervisor. Horrible customer service. When asking what number they were trying to reach me at, she said the same number I was calling from. When I asked again, she refused to provide me with the number she was trying to reach. Obviously, they made a mistake and refused to fess up. Needless to say, my carpets were not cleaned and my final apartment inspection will suffer due to them being rude and unorganized. Do not count on them if you are on a time restraint.

The entire staff was nothing but professional. My expectations for the couch I had cleaned were exceeded and the work was MUCH more affordable than I had planned for. I was able to have two bedroom carpets cleaned as well with the money I had allocated from other companies quotes. Could not recommend this company enough!

We received great service today - had a few couches and carpets cleaned. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They did an excellent job. They stuck with the quoted price, with no attempt to upsell. I'd be happy to use them again.

I can not express how amazing my experience was with Sears Carpet Cleaning! They were right on time. The gentleman walked thru my entire apartment and asked about any concerns I had. He was very polite and the office staff could not have been any nicer!!! Very great experience!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I had an amazing experience with the upholstery cleaning of my 3 couches. Although it is a bit pricey, it was totally worth it. They were ON TIME, very thorough, informative, and friendly. Mr. J. Alexander, specifically, was awesome. He even talked with me about some other handyman services they could help me with like carpet to tile transitions (which I didn't even know Sears did) and carpet cleaning. Highly recommend this service.

I had my duct cleaning with this company and it was a very bad experience I whised he never showed up, very bad ,he was very sloppy he act like he was working in his house ,Debbre on my new tile and my new furnitureHe must dropped the drill on the floor and put a hole on my new tile. I called the office and complain about it and Josie told me to email her a picture and I did, she never call me back for three days, so I called her she told me that she could send me a fifty dollars refund soI could get the tile fixed but I never got itSo she lied , I kept calling her but the call didn't go through because she blocked my number, after six days I went in the garage and I saw a lot of water and I couldn't find where it was coming from and it was coming from the furnace. I ha been living here for over Two years and I never had a leaking furnacesSo I called the office and complain about it and I couldn't believe their response I talked toNatasha and you wouldn't believe her reaction She act like she was God.but I didn't want to talk to the lier. I wish I had read the reviews before I called sears I wouldn't be in this position, but I trusted sears and now I regret.That i wish I could kick myself, and can'tReach.Miguel told me that he is the Best worker and He gets paid more than the other workers.Whrigt...........

I will highly recommend this company! I called to get a stain out of my upholstered chair and they came the next day. Gilberto, the technician, was on time and removed the stain completely. He also did a large size rug in our living-room, cleaned and shampooed. Fantastic pricing, prompt and very friendly! Thank you so much. I will be using you guys many times over!

Best customer service I've experienced. Very prompt to time schedule. Took all the stains from my carpet up. Very friendly experience.I've also used this company for my old home. The tile grout cleaning service was outstanding. They were also able to remove paint stains in the carpet from when I had my home repainted.All in all a very fair priced and great company to go with. I would recommend it to anyone needing services

I have dealt with many companies through out my life time and this one here is the worst. They came to my property in April of 2019 and begin to clean the carpet in my whole home for $179.99 (the carpet was fairly new).After they were done the carpet looked the same and felt grainy when you walked on it. I called them and explained what happened and was advised that they don't issue refunds and only do re-cleans. i honestly did not feel conferrable with them coming out tot re-clean and just wanted my money back. i called Stanley steamers and if cost a bit more but worth the money stay away from this Franchise they do not stand be hide there work and will treat you like garbage. I have been hung up on and told to file a police report nasty customer service.

The gentlemen that arrived at my home was very polite and professional. He was extremely helpful clearing a few things so he could get the entire area of a few rooms (items I could not move alone). He also made time to service two chairs and an ottoman prior to leaving upon my request. This is the second home that sears has done and I would highly recommend them for a quick affordable service. I look forward to using them in the future.

Miguel and Brian were both professional, courteous and did a fabulous job! Our home is 32 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. These men went to work and now our ducts are clean and sanitized. We can smell the difference in air quality. Thank you for a job well done!!!!

Just had my carpets done from a tech name Darius.Very nice,fast, humble ,respectful young man .Any questions I had Tech Darius answered them quickly but not rudely and while still doing his job .Tech Darius is quick at what he does . Tech Darius was early too which worked out perfectly.Gently placing furniture back and all so thank you so much young man. We have put in a request for you to do are carpets again in the future. Their needs to be more techs out there like you.Oh and we cant forget about Ms. Amanda Bartlett she helped me with the order and then when needed some changes done to the account wanted to put in my request for Tech Darius and told me where to got to do it. Give Tech Daruis and Ms. Amanda 10 stars each! GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP!

Had my carpets cleaned by Sears in December and the tough stains appeared within days of them leaving. I went and bought a carpet cleaner at Target and used the oxi carpet cleaner in January and here we are a week into March and the stains haven’t returned. I have no idea what they use, but it’s useless when a carpet cleaner from Target that cost less than the Sears visit does a better job.Tech was prompt and did whatever he did quickly and professionally. The fact that the stains came back so rapidly and a store bought cleaner did a better job doesn’t make this service worth it in any way.
